Advanced Concealed Carry Class
Definitely our most popular course
after the CCP class, this class takes students a step further into being
safer and more effective when carrying concealed. This class includes
both classroom lecture and practical exercises designed to increase the
safety and effectiveness of carrying a concealed weapon. The Colorado
Concealed Carry Class is not a prerequisite for this course, but is highly recommended. Topics covered

Colorado Hunter Education
The primary purpose of the
Hunter Education course is to teach safe, responsible firearm handling in the
field, in the vehicle, and in the home. This course also covers animal
cleaning and preparation, survival, species identification, and other aspects
necessary for safe hunting in the state of Colorado.

Survival
Seminar
The goal of this seminar is to
increase the confidence in one’s survival skills when faced with a possible
life-threatening situation in the wilderness through classroom, hands-on, and
practical training. In Phase I, students will attend two nights of classroom (usually
Tues and Thurs) for Tools, Toys, and Techniques. Phase II involves
participating in a Sat 8 AM to Sun 8 AM training and camp-out
using only the items in the student's survival kit. Sunday morning
students wake up to a hot, catered breakfast at the end of their
experience. A great parent-child opportunity!

Global Positioning System (GPS)
Seminar
The GPS orientation
seminar is for both new and experienced users. While encouraging users not
to use GPS as the sole source of location determination and orienteering, this
course covers the following items:
1. GPS satellite constellation
2. GPS operation and functioning
3. The variety of GPS devices
4. Navigation with GPS units
5. Computer interfaces
6. GPS work with maps

Paintball Basics
Designed for both parents AND
players, this class covers many aspects of the paintball game and
industry. Topics include paintball marker design, maintenance, feed
systems, nitrogen/HPA vs. carbon dioxide propellant systems, field tactics, and
safety. This course will teach the players new skills, and give the
parents a better understanding of the world their kids are entering. Also
a great opportunity to field those questions paintball from someone who's been
in the industry for over 20 years!
